Parrilla Steak and Grill in Milton Keynes has officially revealed its Christmas Menu for 2025, offering a four course festive dining experience with Argentinian influence throughout. At £55 per person, this special winter menu brings together warm seasonal flavours, South American favourites, and Parrilla’s well known passion for open flame cooking.

Guests are invited to come out of the cold and into the warmth of Parrilla, where the team will serve four carefully prepared courses, perfect for corporate celebrations, family gatherings, and festive meals with friends.

Bread and Butter
Warm bread served with cranberry butter, honey butter, and garlic butter.

Starters

Provoleta (Provolone Cheese)
Crisp edged melted provolone finished with shaved almonds and oregano honey, served with charred farmhouse loaf.

Argentine Prawn Cocktail
King prawns in Latin style Marie Rose with aji molido, served with gem lettuce and thinly cut crispy baguettes.

Spinach and Ricotta Empanadas
Golden hand crimped Argentinian empanadas filled with spinach and ricotta, served with a spicy roasted pepper salsa.

Asado Beef Croquettes
Crispy croquettes filled with shredded beef rib potato and peppers, served with smooth chimichurri mayo.

Beetroot Carpaccio
Thin beetroot with lemon and olive oil dressing, wild rocket, and vegan feta crumble.

Mains

Chicken Roulade
Rolled chicken breast filled with mushrooms, green olives and herbs, served with sweet potato purée, asparagus, and peppercorn jus.

Stuffed Aubergine
Aubergine with potato, courgette, and peppers, finished with tomato chimichurri reduction and aji scented crushed potatoes.

Argentine Oxtail
Slow braised oxtail with Argentinian glaze and silky pommes purée.

Braised Lamb
Slow cooked lamb belly with herb butter crushed potatoes and Argentinian jus.

Tuna Steak
Grilled Yellowfin tuna with aji citrus glaze, sweetcorn purée, tenderstem broccoli, and salsa criolla.

Argentinian Steaks
All steaks are 300g and served with triple cooked chips.
Sirloin, Ribeye, and Flank.
