French Affaire Evening Menu in Stony Stratford
French Affaire Launches New Evening Menu
A new Thursday to Saturday dinner menu has arrived in Odell’s Yard, with lobster, steaks, seafood, French classics, desserts, and a terrace made for long evenings.
French Affaire in Stony Stratford has launched its new evening menu, served from 5.30pm every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Set just off the High Street in Odell’s Yard, French Affaire already has one of the loveliest spots in Stony Stratford. You can dine indoors in the bright, relaxed restaurant, or sit out on the terrace surrounded by the historic character of the yard.
A Proper Evening Setting
On a warm evening, the terrace has that easy holiday feel. A glass on the table, food arriving slowly, and the courtyard tucked away from the main road. You could almost be in France.
The terrace is not just for summer either. When the weather turns colder, patio heaters and blankets are available, so guests can still enjoy dining outside in comfort.
The Evening Menu
The new menu gives French Affaire a stronger dinner offering, with rich starters, seafood, steaks, classic French dishes, desserts, and sharing options made for a slower evening out.
Scallops, Tartare, and French Starters
Seared scallops, classic beef tartare, lobster and prawn cocktail, smoked salmon tartare cigars, moules marinières, Bourgogne escargot, and poached langoustine tails.
Lobster, Bouillabaisse, Halibut, and Octopus
Lobster Wellington for two, lobster Thermidor, bouillabaisse royale, pan fried halibut, grilled octopus, and fruits de mer tagliolini.
Fillet, Ribeye, Sirloin, and Chateaubriand
Steaks are served with pomme frites and a choice of sauce, with extras available including lobster tail, grilled octopus, foie gras, and lemon garlic prawns.
Desserts and French Cheese
Crème brûlée, chocolate mille feuille, lemon cheesecake, affogato, sharing cheesecake, assiette of mini desserts, and a French cheese board.
